Raised on a farm in western Nebraska, my journey took an unexpected turn in the late 90s when I ventured to Nashville for college and immersed myself in the music industry. The revelation struck me on a crisp fall morning in the Tennessee hills during a music video shoot for country star Chely Wright. Cast as the lead in her "Shut Up and Drive" video, I witnessed a simple countryside bridge transform into a new world, igniting a passion for storytelling that would become intrinsic to my identity.

Eager to refine my craft, I spent my initial post-college years in New York City, absorbing every facet of storytelling. This pursuit led me to Los Angeles, the pulsating heart of the film industry, where I initially focused on acting. Despite a successful run, I sensed there was more to discover. Soon, I uncovered a new realm behind the camera, shifting my focus to directing, producing, and writing.

Reflecting on my journey, it's clear that storytelling has been the cornerstone of my brand. From delivering compelling narratives in music videos, commercials, and television shows, to documentary films, Tyler Morehead Films has emerged as a key storyteller. While my aspirations continue to evolve, the ongoing narrative of Tyler Morehead Films mirrors the growth of the stories I tell.
